We’re the first bolster brand to offer firmness options—because support should never be one-size-fits-all. And with each bolster weighing only 860g (less than a bag of flour!), we’re also the lightest on the market.

Our mughdars are made-to-order by skilled Indian artisans, preserving a strength-training legacy that dates back thousands of years.

Where are your products made?

• Bolster covers are handmade by artisans in India, who are paid above living wage standards.

• Foam and polyester are ethically sourced in Canada.

• Each bolster is assembled by hand in Vancouver, ensuring quality and consistency.

• Mughdars are made-to-order by traditional Indian woodworkers using polished rosewood.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We offer wholesale pricing for studios, gyms, and resellers. Please apply here to be considered. All wholesale orders are subject to approval.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship only within Canada. We’re working hard to expand—sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping opens up.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship within 1–3 business days through Canada Post. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item leaves our studio.

What is your returns policy?

At Bheem Athletics, every product is made with care—by hand, in small batches, and with intention. To minimize waste and protect our planet, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can assess the issue.

Our commitment to sustainability means we don’t overproduce or warehouse excess inventory. This policy helps us stay true to our values—and we thank you for supporting ethical, low-waste practices.

Do I need to assemble anything?

Nope! Your bolster and mughdar comes fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box. Just roll out your mat and go.
