Rooted in warrior tradition, the mudghar—also known as an Indian club—has long been used by wrestlers, yogis, and strength practitioners to build shoulder mobility, core stability, and full-body control.

Our mudghars are made to order and it is individually handcrafted in India from richly grained rosewood- just for you. Each Mughdar is polished to highlight the natural beauty of the wood. Slight variations in tone and grain are part of its story—no two are exactly alike.

Designed for circular movement, endurance training, and functional strength, mudghars help you train with rhythm and intention. They’re perfect for warm-ups, joint prep, or deep strength flow work.

Available in four foundational weights:
